Following are summaries of this week’s civil decisions of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.

In Maple Leafs Foods, a class action brought by Mr. Sub franchisees against Maple Leaf for economic loss suffered as a result of the listeria outbreak at a Maple Leaf plant several years ago was dismissed.
