There was a decision this week involving an interesting, but ultimately unsuccessful, claim for civil conspiracy in an airline pilot union dispute; the Court of Appeal confirmed that for a claim to survive bankruptcy under subsection 178(1)(d) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act
